5+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery/Vue.js.
Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Experience working in small teams with Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Experience with RESTful API design and consumption.
Nice to Have
Basic UI/UX skills.
Experience with accounting terms (VAT, Sales tax, GST).
Experience with eCommerce/B2B eCommerce applications.

As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will work on a variety of coding challenges and play a crucial role in extending our existing integrations, developing new ones, and ensuring that our integrations meet marketplace requirements. You will collaborate closely with the head of the development team, as well as our support and marketing teams, to build a competitive product and implement new features. We are looking for someone with a passion for coding, a goal-oriented mindset, and a knack for finding creative solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Extend existing integrations and develop new ones.
Ensure that our integrations meet application marketplace requirements.
Extend the existing API
Design, develop, and maintain the core functionality of our B2B ecommerce platform using Ruby on Rails.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow developers, to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
Optimize the platform for speed, reliability, and scalability, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues reported by clients and ensure smooth platform operation.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Ruby on Rails and apply them to enhance our platform s performance.
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
