Job Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a Network Infrastructure Architect or a related role.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent (required).
Additional certifications in security or cloud architecture (preferred).
Proficiency in Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), VLANs, VPNs, wireless networks, SD-WAN, and MPLS.
Expertise in network security tools, including SASE (e.g., Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), SIEM, and vulnerability management solutions.
High level knowledge and experience with Office365, VMware platforms (vSAN, vCenter), and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Ethernet, wireless standards, and LAN/WAN technologies.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management.
Experience with cloud calling and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams Phone.
Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and disaster recovery planning.
Effective communication and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and robust IT infrastructure.
Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues across firewalls, routers, switches, wireless equipment, and cloud environments.
Research and implement advanced security tools to safeguard on-premises and cloud systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and NIST.

Lead incident response efforts and perform root cause analysis for critical issues.
Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and diagrams for IT systems and solutions.
