Key Responsibilities:
Work with a team of developers to integrate various software solutions that enable telecommunication clients to manage subscribers, track orders and provision internet, mobile, fiber and other services.
Integrate software solutions with third party software and backend services for managing and maintaining software related to subscriber management, product ordering, and phone provisioning.
Design, develop, and maintain APIs to integrate with third-party software and internal service management tools, including order tracking and work order management systems
Enhance and integrate solutions that are responsible for the delivery and tracking of SIM cards and mobile devices. Manage order tracking and provisioning/un-provisioning processes to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
Collaborate with teams to integrate solutions for ordering and managing services such as internet, fiber, mobile, talk, and text. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms to provide a unified experience for our customers.
Migrate and integrate various telecom systems to modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Plan and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and security.
Work comfortably within large code bases, utilizing best practices for code organization, readability, and maintainability. Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our codebase.
Apply knowledge of networking principles, including gateways and communication protocols, to optimize the integration of software and hardware systems. Work closely with the network engineering team to ensure compatibility and performance of integrated solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, product managers, and customer support, to ensure integrated solutions meet business needs and customer expectations. Communicate effectively to stakeholders about project status, risks, and timelines.
