Job Requirements
3–4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound consultative sales role in a B2B environment.
Proven success in building and managing pipelines, not just responding to inbound interest.
Confident communicator with experience engaging senior-level professionals via phone and email—preferably in healthcare or legal verticals.
Prior exposure to SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or legal tech is a strong advantage, though not required.
Strong research capabilities, message personalization, and a bias toward proactive outreach and experimentation.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo).
Coachable, curious, and self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong time management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
Proactively identify, research, and prioritize target companies and decision-makers within healthcare and legal sectors.
Build and execute outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding business needs, operational workflows, and alignment with offered solutions.
Engage prospects with tailored messaging and insights to schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
Maintain detailed and organized records of outreach, lead status, and key findings in CRM systems.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, personas, and cadence strategies based on campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and competitor landscape to sharpen outreach strategies.
Consistently meet activity and opportunity-generation KPIs.
