Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and build tailored sourcing strategies.
Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and oversee technical assessments to evaluate candidate proficiency.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future technical roles.
Manage communication throughout the candidate lifecycle—scheduling interviews, sharing feedback, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Collaborate with HR to negotiate offers and support a smooth onboarding process.
Keep current with recruitment trends and continuously improve sourcing/recruitment strategies.
Meet and exceed hiring targets and KPIs, while managing 2–3 roles simultaneously.
Support business development by reaching out to clients and promoting outstaffing services.
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of clients and business opportunities.
