Remote BDR Admin
Roles and Responsibilities:
Contact medical provider offices to confirm whether they treat personal injury cases and manage their own liens/LOPs.
Accurately record responses and update HubSpot CRM with verified information.
Review documentation from Box (e.g., law firm files) to identify and extract provider details.
Add confirmed providers into HubSpot to maintain an updated and accurate prospect database.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
Collaborate with BDRs and the operations team to align on data quality standards.
