Remote Implementation Consultant (Part Time)
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform functional and acceptance testing of enterprise software enhancements.
Log, track, and communicate defects using JIRA and collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution.
Assist in drafting functional design documents in coordination with business analysts and designers.
Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and training materials.
Support end-user training sessions and occasionally deliver software demonstrations.
Maintain structured and clear documentation across the project lifecycle.
Participate in weekly client meetings and provide consistent progress updates.
